 Position Overview

 

The Graduate Recruitment Manager will working with the business to create a graduate program including recruitment strategy, including attract, assess and selection across Continental Europe (“CE”).  Continental Europe initial focus countries for graduate recruitment are Benelux, France, Germany and Switzerland. The role will lead a program to keep graduates engaged throughout the first year of employment by organising events to get graduates together. They will be responsible for the new end-to-end process delivery of the graduate recruitment and intern programme.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Working with the business teams to evaluate demand, timing and to identify universities to be targeted
  • Collaborating closely with key business stakeholders to support graduate hiring including assessment and marketing
  • Link across other graduate resourcing functions in the US, UK and APAC to leverage internal best practise
  • Manage the CE internship programme
  • Attend career fairs and events, travel to campus events at target universities across Continental Europe
  • Liaise with potential recruits through the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a full understanding of the process and offer
  • Assist in developing and implementation of future strategies for attracting diverse candidates and providing a fair and objective recruitment process to a diverse audience
  • Develop relationships with key business managers and HR, both in the CE and based in the UK.
  • Work with corporate teams to develop the client web site and other sources to provide a pipeline of graduates and interns.

Requirements

  • A good knowledge of graduate recruitment market practices, gained from experience in a similar industry
  • Expert organising skills
  • Must be willing to be hands on as well as working with senior key stakeholders
  • Qualification to use a range of recruitment assessment methods / tools
  • The ability to facilitate decision making within groups
  • A working knowledge of related HR practices
  • The ability to balance the strategic thinking and operational aspects of the role, in order to drive results
  • Should have experience using a Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo)

  • Flexibility to travel
